I started playing the oboe in the fourth grade, and loved it so much, I have taken weekly lessons ever since. Playing the oboe and listening to music is important to me because it allows me to express myself in a way that words cannot. Below is a picture from a recital I gave in June 2015, along with a clip from the recital, and several other clips from recordings I did in high school. I hope to be part of a community orchestra one day, and in the meantime, will continue to take lessons, and make friends in the music community.
